Full Truck Load – as part of full truck load transport, we offer domestic and international service, as well as transit and cabotage. We have trucks of various load capacity and body: tarpaulins, curtains and MEGA cars. In the case of “just in time” deliveries or routes requiring fast delivery, transports are carried out by a double crew drivers.

Less Than Truck Load – partial loads, usually with a carrying capacity of more than 3.5 tons but less than 24 tons. This type of cargo does not fill the entire cargo area and is consolidated with other loads on one vehicle, which allows you to optimize transport costs. No need to reload goods at logistic terminals has a significant impact on shortening the delivery time.

Loads with a capacity of up to 3.5 tons (3500 kg), mainly palletized. As part of the groupage service, we offer two solutions. An economical option, consisting in distribution of a groupage network with transhipments, where the transit time is a secondary issue. The express option, transport by dedicated vehicles, is intended for customers for whom delivery time is an absolute priority and reloading of goods is not an option.

As part of the services at a controlled temperature, transports are carried out by special semi-trailers equipped with an aggregate working continuously in the range from – 30° to + 30° C. transport and unloading. As part of refrigerated transport, we also offer the option of changing pallets.

We transport hazardous goods only with vehicles that meet all the requirements for the transport of hazardous materials, the necessary documentation and people involved in the transport. Safety standards are included in the ADR convention, which defines the regulations for the international road transport of hazardous materials and objects.

ROAD TRANSPORT - FAQ
Is my cargo insured?

Yes. Of course. Each load is properly insured. The Carrier’s Civil Liability (OCP) and the Freight Forwarder’s Liability (OCS) insure the goods at the basic level. It is also possible to purchase CARGO insurance for the full value of the cargo from the moment of loading at the place of origin until unloading at the destination.

How many pallets can I load on a FTL?

If the goods are properly packed and do not protrude beyond the outline of the pallet, a truck up to 24 tons can be loaded with:

  • half pallet 60x80cm – 66 pieces
  • Euro pallets 80×120 cm – 33 pieces
  • industrial pallets 100×120 cm – 26 pieces
  • pallets 120×120 cm – 22 pieces
  • non-standard pallets – contact the freight forwarder here to calculate the cargo area.
What do the abbreviations CBM and LDM mean?
  • CBM – a cubic meter of cargo space measured according to the formula: length x width x height
  • LDM– is a loading meter of the cargo space measured along the length of a semi-trailer or other vehicle used to transport goods, calculated according to the formula: length x pallet width / 2.45 i.e. the width of the car
What does stackable mean?

Any Cargo that is packaged appropriately and can safely have other cargos loaded on top of it during transport is considered stackable.

What is the abbreviation ADR?

ADR (the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) – an agreement concerning the international road transport of hazardous materials. This agreement regulates the terms and conditions of transporting this type of cargo in order to ensure their maximum safety. The ADR agreement is also used in domestic transport.

What is SENT?

SENT is an electronic register of notifications created specifically for the implementation of the Act on the monitoring system for road transport of goods. Thanks to it, it is possible to immediately send the data required by the law, as well as to supplement and update them. Access to SENT takes place via the e-Przewóz service on the Tax and Customs Electronic Services Platform (PUESC).

What data is needed to receive an offer?

It will be most convenient to talk to the forwarder directly, but if you prefer to send your own inquiry, please provide the following data:

  • place of loading and unloading with zip codes
  • cargo parameters (quantity, dimensions, weight, type of goods)
  • date of loading and unloading (along with information whether there are hourly notifications or not)
  • additional requirements (if any), e.g. side loading, crane loading, tarpaulin only, additional cargo insurance etc.
Is electronic document circulation possible?

Of course. In our company, for environmental and safety reasons, we prefer sending invoices and transport documents in electronic form. After placing the order, the Customer receives a form to be completed, in which we ask for the e-mail address to which the documents should be submitted.

What is CMR?

The CMR international consignment note is the basic document on the basis of which the cargo is transported (a document confirming the conclusion of a transport contract). The basic information contained in the CMR list concerns: the sender, carrier, recipient, goods, date and place of shipment, intended place of delivery, costs related to transport, instructions necessary to complete customs formalities and a list of documents handed over to the driver. All parties have the option of making changes to the bill of lading, while the sender is responsible for damages and costs resulting from providing wrong or unclear data. The CMR is completed in the language of the country of origin, it is a personal, non-transferable document.

What is LP?

It is a document confirming the acceptance of goods for transport (contract of carriage). It defines both the goods and the method of transport. There are several types of bills of lading. The LP is usually prepared jointly by the shipper and the carrier. The bill of lading is a document attached to each shipment.
