Our company cares about the privacy of users visiting the domain: www.lenmargroup.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). This Policy describes, among others how we process and protect user data via the Website.

For the purposes of the legitimate purposes indicated in the table above, personal data may be made available to the following entities cooperating with us, including IT service providers, e-mail service providers and legal service providers – such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the Administrator and only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions.

In connection with the processing of personal data by our Company, each user has the right to:

  1. access to your personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of it,
  2. request rectification of personal data – if the data is incorrect or incomplete,
  3. object to the processing of personal data,
  4. requests to delete personal data,
  5. request to transfer and limit the processing of personal data,
  6. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, unless there is another legal basis for their processing – applies to cases where the basis for data processing is consent.

VII. Right to lodge a complaint

In the event of becoming aware of the unlawful processing of personal data, users have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office based in Warsaw (00-193), ul. Stawki 2.

We do not transfer users’ personal data outside the European Economic Area or to any international organizations.

IX. Profiling

Our company does not process personal data for the purpose of automated decision making, including the so-called profiling.

X. Cookies files

In connection with the provision of internet services, our company uses the so-called cookies, i.e. IT data, in particular text files saved by servers on the user’s end device, which servers can read each time they connect to this end device.

Software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the user’s end device by default. The Website Users can change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings, or to inform about their every entry in the user’s device of the website.
