Last week, we participated in training under the project “Access to knowledge as the key to increasing accessibility” using the Design Thinking method.

For those who don’t know what it is yet, two words of explanation: Design Thinking. It is based on cognitive, strategic and practical processes. The main purpose of this method is to solve problems, create new innovative products and services.
The method focuses on identifying and reaching out to the real needs of individuals.

During the two-day training, we focused mainly on the issue of “communication of the future”.
We have been working on improving the process of information flow with our contractors in order to learn to reach their specific needs. Together, we were looking for solutions that would make our existing services even more attractive to our clients.

We were looking for unconventional solutions for the needs that seemed very obvious at first glance. The training was creative and conducted by excellent lecturers who are professionally successful based on the Design Thinking method.

The group of LENMAR employees are specialists who do not rest on their laurels. They are constantly thirsty for new knowledge to be able to further adjust the quality of services to the needs of even the most demanding contractors.
